Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jersey. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all tags attached and in original packaging

How to start a return
Email us at contact@maggdeg.com or call +20 11 43911144 with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know and we'll arrange the swap, subject to availability.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
